The Application Process
The application process and the documents required is almost same irrespective of the loan amount.
In order to start the process we will require the following documents. More information may be required as the deal progresses. It is important for the client to understand that the information provided to us is clear and correct as this information forms the basis of the application.
Incorrect or falsified information may lead to cancellation of the loan even after it has been disbursed.
  • A signed and completed authority form from all applicants.
  • Photo ID of all applicants
  • Proof of address of all applicants.
  • Income confirmation of all entities/applicants.
  • Details of the asset being purchased.
  • A brief on the loan purpose.
  • Minimum three months of personal and business bank statements.
  • An explanation on any credit defaults if any, that the applicant/s may have.
  • Any other information that the client may add to support the application.
