Keeping It Simple

With over thirty five years of international exposure, and rich corporate experience Deen has worked in a multicultural and multinational business environment. 

He is an Executive and Leadership Coach, a Business Mentor, Project Finance broker, a Corporate Planner and a Sales and Marketing person who has worked his way through the corporate ladder and hence is well aware of all the nuances of the corporate and business world.

 Working closely with the SME industry he has mentored many business entities in New Zealand and the Cook Islands and helped them achieve their full potential. His past experience includes working in a senior management role in a multi-billion dollar automotive business in the Middle East. 

He has been invited to judge the prestigious Auckland Business Excellence awards, sponsored by the Westpac Bank for the last three years. Deen has also been instrumental in the Young Enterprise Scheme to mentor the young and help them to prepare for their new challenges in life and work.

Over the last three decades and more he has practiced his belief that a business runs most efficiently when the employee and corporate objectives are aligned and well attuned; and has worked  to enhance the “people” in the business, and enable the business owner to strive to enhance customer experience. As a finance/project broker he has been instrumental in arranging finance for large commercial projects as well as arranging fleet finance for vehicles and industrial equipment.

 A mechanical engineer from the IIT K, India, one of the foremost engineering institutes in India. He has worked closely with global giants Rolls Royce and Bentley Motors, Aston Martin, Mitsubishi Motors, Chrysler Corporation, Citroen and other international automotive brands as well as managed a WRC Rally team. 

 Deen is a member of the Highbrook Rotary Club, a registered financial service provider under the FPAA and is a Fellow of The Institute of The Motor Industry UK.
